What’s included in an Express (Standard) Clean
Light, surface-level upkeep for homes already cleaned within ~3 weeks. Time-based. Recurring clients get a satisfaction guarantee; one-time Express does not.

For empty or mostly-empty homes — turnover, landlord walkthroughs, listing prep. Billed by the hour. Best results when the home is cleared out first.
