With our hourly rate, you choose how many hours to book and we focus on your priority cleaning tasks first — your most important items get addressed, and anything left over goes to the lowest-priority items if we run out of time. Depending on the scope of the job, we may send a pair of cleaners to work more efficiently. Your final balance is based on the actual number of hours worked, not this estimate.

Do I pay anything to get a price?

Is the price I see the final price?

We verify square footage ourselves before your booking is finalized, so the final figure is confirmed when our team reaches out. If anything changes, we tell you before you pay a deposit. All prices shown are pretax and NY sales tax of 8.875% is applied at invoicing.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No. Most NYC clients provide access via lockbox, doorman, spare key or building code and go about their day. Every cleaner on our team is background-checked and insured. Tell us your preferred access method in the notes on the last step.
