Existing New York’s Best Maids clients can share their personal referral link with friends and family. A friend booking their first cleaning with New York’s Best Maids can request a visit through your link and receive $10 off after eligibility is confirmed. You earn $25 in cleaning credit after that referred cleaning is completed, paid, and approved by New York’s Best Maids. One referral reward and one $10 offer per new customer. Self-referrals are not eligible.
Credits accumulate and can be applied toward future New York’s Best Maids cleaning services. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between cleaning companies. Tell us you’d like to use your credit before paying your Square invoice. Cancelled, unpaid, duplicate, or ineligible referrals do not earn credit; rewards may be reversed for refunded or invalid bookings. Booking requests are subject to service-area coverage and appointment confirmation.
Friends’ contact information is used to handle their cleaning request. Your private dashboard shows referral status without revealing their contact details. For questions, corrections, or help with your data, contact (917) 863-5813. Cleaning services are subject to our Service Agreement.
Where to find your link, and how it works
The form above sends you a private sign-in link by email — open it within 30 minutes and it takes you straight to your rewards dashboard. Inside that dashboard is a second, different link: your personal referral link, the one made for sharing.
Two links, two jobs
Your sign-in link is private and time-limited; it’s just for getting back into your own dashboard. Your referral link doesn’t expire and is the one you actually text or share — it’s what tells us a new customer came from you.
Your friend uses your referral link
When they open it, they land on their own request form and fill in their own details. You never hand us their contact information, and the request is tied to you automatically.
Their cleaning happens. You get credit.
Once their cleaning is completed and paid, our team confirms and approves the referral. Your dashboard updates, and the $25 is added to your balance, ready for your next cleaning.
A referral request isn’t a booking yet. Your friend’s cleaning still goes through our normal coverage check and appointment confirmation, and the referral counts only once that cleaning happens and is paid for.

Credits add up, and there’s no cap
Refer two friends who each complete and pay for a cleaning, and you have $50 in credit. Refer five, and it’s $125. There’s no limit on how many referrals you can earn credit for and no deadline to use the balance.
Milestone badges track your progress
Your dashboard shows a badge as you hit 1, 3, 5, and 10 approved referrals. They’re just for fun — every approved referral earns the same $25 credit either way.
How to use your credit
Let us know before you pay the Square invoice: mention it when booking, or text us at (917) 863-5813. Use the whole balance on one visit or spread it across several. Credit has no cash value and is for New York’s Best Maids cleanings only.
Who can take part, and which referrals qualify
Worth knowing before you share your link, so nothing comes as a surprise later.
Who qualifies
You can refer friends if you’re a New York’s Best Maids client. Anyone who has had a cleaning with us can request a referral link using the email on their account.
Your friend qualifies as a new customer if this is their first cleaning with New York’s Best Maids and they request it through your personal referral link. Self-referrals aren’t eligible.
A referral earns credit when your friend’s cleaning is completed, paid in full, and approved by our team. Approval is our check that the booking was real, new, and paid; it’s not a judgment on how the cleaning went.
A referral does not qualify if
- You refer yourself, or use your own link for your own address.
- Your friend’s cleaning is cancelled, or the request never turns into a booking.
- The cleaning is booked but not paid.
- The same new customer has already been referred or already booked with us.
- The request comes in without your referral link — see the questions below for what to do.
Credits can be reversed
If your friend’s cleaning is refunded or the booking turns out to be invalid, that $25 is reversed. This is rare, but it’s how we keep the program fair for everyone earning credit the right way.
Coverage still applies
We serve all five boroughs of New York City. A referral request from outside our service area, or one we can’t fit into the schedule, won’t become a booking and won’t earn credit. Every technician has prior cleaning experience and has gone through an interview, reference checks, identity verification, and a background check before working with clients.
Insured
New York’s Best Maids carries $2 million in general liability insurance. If your friend’s building needs a Certificate of Insurance before the team can come up, we provide one; allow up to 48 hours for processing.
Fully equipped
Our team brings professional supplies and equipment, including the vacuum. Your friend doesn’t need to buy or prepare anything, and if they prefer eco-friendly or specific products, they can request those in advance.
Cleaning services for friends across New York City
New York’s Best Maids serves Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Any friend living in the five boroughs can use your referral link. Requests from Long Island are considered case by case depending on team availability, with pricing by manual quote. Your friend can request any of the following when they use your link:
Standard cleaning
A flat-rate maintenance visit for homes already in good shape, keeping things fresh between deeper cleans.
Deep cleaning
A thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning priced by home size (bedrooms and bathrooms) — the right starting point for most first-time bookings.
Move-in / move-out cleaning
Hourly service for empty homes, useful when a friend is changing apartments.
Hourly custom cleaning
For a specific priority list, billed at $70 per cleaner-hour, with a three-hour minimum for first-time service and a two-hour minimum for returning service.

How do I get my referral link again, or check my rewards balance?
Enter the same name and email you used the first time in the form above. We’ll send a fresh secure sign-in link to that email — it’s active for 30 minutes. Once you’re in, your dashboard shows each referral’s status and your available credit. If your email has changed, text us at (917) 863-5813 and we’ll update it.
When does my $25 credit show up?
After your friend’s cleaning is completed and paid, our team reviews and approves the referral. You’ll see the status change in your dashboard once it’s approved, and the credit is available from that point.
Do referral credits expire, or is there a maximum I can earn?
No on both counts. Credits never expire, and there’s no cap on how many referrals you can earn credit for.
Does the $10 apply no matter which service my friend books?
Yes. It applies to their first cleaning regardless of which service they choose — Standard cleaning, Deep cleaning, Move-in / move-out cleaning, or Hourly custom cleaning. You earn the $25 the same way, regardless of which service your friend picks.
Can I combine referral credit with another discount or a gift card?
Yes. Referral credit stacks with any other New York’s Best Maids offer and with gift cards. Your friend’s $10 first-cleaning discount also combines with other offers.
What are the badges in my dashboard for?
They mark milestones — your first approved referral, then 3, 5, and 10. They’re a fun way to see your progress, but they don’t change your reward: every approved referral is worth the same $25 credit.
What if my friend already booked without using my link?
Text us at (917) 863-5813 with your friend’s name before their cleaning date and we’ll look into it. We can usually connect the referral if the booking is still open, but we can’t guarantee credit for requests that didn’t come through your link.
What happens if my friend cancels or gets a refund?
A cancelled cleaning doesn’t earn credit. If a completed cleaning is later refunded, the $25 credit for that referral is reversed. Your other credits aren’t affected.
Can I give my credit to someone else?
No. Referral credit stays on the account that earned it and can’t be transferred to another customer. If a friend wants credit of their own, they can start referring once they’ve had their first cleaning.
Can my friend see my account, or can I see their details?
No. Your friend never sees your dashboard, and your dashboard shows only the status of each referral, not your friend’s contact information. Your friend’s details are used only to set up their cleaning request.
